As one of today’s most versatile groups, BTS has been making waves with their music and bodies. While many worldwide and in Korea enjoy BTS’s music, there’s a group of people left out of the fun: Korea’s deaf community of 400,000 people. Saori Fujimoto is here to change that with Korean Sign Language!

But how? As a sign language artist, Japan-born Saori has been living in Korea since 2018. She decided to pick up Korean Sign Language to help the local deaf community love BTS’ music as much as she does.

Check out her full performance for BTS’ Dynamite!

She has been well-received by the Korean community. She has even made an Honorary Ambassador for the Seoul Immigration Office. Saori enjoys contributing to the local community through her unique videos, just like how BTS aims to bring hope to every corner of the world with their music.

Do you know of any BTS songs that can help lift the gloom and bring on mental wellness? It’s a team effort to create a nurturing environment for everyone’s mental and emotional well-being. Just like Saori, use what you know to share some good vibes with those who need it. How can you make a difference? Share your stories with us!
