Get help


Every body needs a bit of help sometimes and there should be no shame at all to ask for help. Asking for help doesn’t mean that you are weak. It means that you are humble enough to learn, to change, to become a better you.

If you are emotionally distressed and feeling overwhelmed by issues in life, get help before the problem gets too big and complicated. Talking to people trained in counselling or peer support can provide better insights and new ways of solving our problems. Here is a list of counsellors, psychologist and psychiatrist from welfare organizations, private clinics and medical clinics that you can call or visit.
