Self Harm, how can we tell, what can we say and do.

That’s what Billie Eilish would say to her friends if they were hurting themselves. For the celebrity who thought she wouldn’t make it past seventeen, Eilish is now much happier with life. She has mentioned in many interviews that she is glad that people had reached out to her in her darkest moments.

But reaching out to a person who is self-harming can be awkward. We see those raw marks on the arm, thigh and parts of their body which they try very hard to hide. Starting a conversation about something so private and personal can be uncomfortable.
