Kill my doubt

ITZY shared in an interview with NME that having self-doubt is normal especially if you are doing something new for the first time.
Though it’s scary to step into the unknown, Kill my doubt reminds us that being adaptable and trusting ourselves is really important.
Over time, we may reframe unhelpful thoughts and work towards tackling challenges with a growth mindset. This trains us to be resilient in the face of adversity.
When we start to believe in ourselves more, we exercise that ‘confidence muscle’ and get in the habit of having faith in our abilities. Slowly, we can build up our self-esteem this way.

Bet on me
“I bet on me, it can get scary but / Without the courage to fall / You will never fly.”
Bet on me talks about believing in yourself and choosing yourself first.
Choosing yourself does not mean being selfish or disregarding others’ feelings, though!
Choosing yourself is about knowing your strengths and weaknesses. Being confident in your strengths is equally as important as working on your blindspots and weaknesses.
Bet on me empowers us to choose self-improvement.
Only when we become aware of our weaknesses will we be able to work on ourselves and gain the confidence we need!
