Your Checklist Result is Moderate
Your score falls into the moderate range which suggest that you have been experiencing some symptoms of distress for some of the time over the past four weeks.
This is a self-checklist and is not meant to clinically assess you for a mental condition. The purpose of this checklist is to suggest some pathways that you can take given the scores that you have.
Seek support
Many people in this range do not feel like they need support or help. This checklist may not assess everything that is going on for you. So, it’s important that you explore your options of available help at this stage. Negative emotions can spiral into deep distress if it is not taken care of. If you keep feeling sad, stressed, anxious or continue to struggle with negative thoughts, please get help. Talk to your school counsellor or find a trusted, mature person to talk to.
